providing what help i can

this topic is for anyone to ask me questions on how to do things. I will not hold ur hand step by step, but i will help u figure it out for ur self

hopefully by doing this only the ppl willing to do the work will teach them self how to do more.

if you want a step by step guide use the search tool on the forum and if it here u will find it...if not tell me what u are trying to do and what progress u have made and i will do my best to help u accomplish ur goal.

*note I dont know everything the UG knows but with the knowledge u get here hopefully we can figure it out.

ok, i will start Atm i am trying out how to doing speed vac. I saw a guy on eudekaron who did it (running ubber fast and the mobs running same speed then the player)

I know how to vac, how to change speed of mobs .. but how can i change my own running speed? the guy told me its easy with csv editing... Hmm found nothing about it on the forum.

I thought maybe its in data/share/skill/speed.csv but i dunno exactly and if its right what to change there.

May u can help me if u really have the knowledge u said.

u find it in data/share/creature/monster.csv (after unpacked the data.pak)

example: 101,Spider Larva,0,23,2,258,0,16,23,5,50,1,6,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0, 0,0,0.9,2.7,2,3,spiderraba,ÀÛ¼ºÁß

thats the running speed. If u change it to 5 it should be same speed like ur player normal running speed.

that's excatly what i looked for thanks (so example on larva would be 4,9 nearly the same as kallus (who run at player speed) good to know, thanks master

to change speed of the map, very easy, just go to maplist.csv and there u will find these numbers (avalon)

75,,60,17,10,15,0,20,10,0,0,1,0,3,60000,0,1,1,0,1, 0,7,0,1,..\Share\Map\18_Avalon\m018.mal
the normal is 1, 2 means double speed, 3 means triple speed, etc, this will ONLY change how fast YOU move on the map, the mobs u need to change their own speed manually..

I have heard its patched but I only hear the ug say that but i think if it were true they wouldnt have had a prob posting the info.....anyway what you need to edit i belive is in servent.csv

from i understand about this all it does is make all the cf damage happen all at once there will still be a cool down (think cool down is server side) but im not sure what exactly u have to edit on this one. somewhere in the unpacked data.pak there are files that have all the skill....somethings are client side and some are server. TimeTick,EffectTime,ResultEffectTime,CastTick or CoolTick are the values i think that are related to what u are wanting to do.....if/when you find what file to edit pls post it here for future use.



On a side note, I am working on a little something myself....Anyone out there know the value or "array of bytes" for whats in ur inventory or for whats on the end of ur mouse (picked up but not put in inventory yet..."holding") if anyone knows and willing to help out at all that would be great.

1) Can you give me the link to the invisable hack, I am classified severly learning disabled and a wheelchair amputee. Therefore I cant get it myself.

2) Uhm, hard to explain.. The experience cap on monster e.x Lvl 50 mage in Upper Reqiues will not recieve same exp as level 77. Can I edit my maplist.csv inorder to get the same experience as someone of the proper level? I edit the level and the monster turn white but the exp remains the same..

Btw edited speed of map + monster speed. I lag out within 5 secs any suggestions?

Hello. I would really appreciate if you can tell me how to make winhex work, you see I'd love to edit something another member pointed out, but when i'm "looking" at my data.pak with winhex I'm just totally lost, i tried to use search options and still nothing.

Those are all your AIs "Artificial Intelligents". Now when you set your monster to 7(PatternEvent.csv) then it has everything on EXPLORE(like over 50 actions). There for it doesnt react at all.. What i did was Rename EXPLORE to PERSUIT(Only the needed actions/like UnderAttack and INSIGHT). Now monsters follow you but dont attack.

Now i searched that with winhex and edited everything for my needs. At start i switched EXPLORE with PERSUIT but now i tried __MAX__. Haven't went in game yet.
