Read the first post in this thread, read any other posts, search the forum and read the tutorials. It just takes patience and can be followed step by step.

Sometimes, the map does not load, so try reopening the map..that helped me many times .

I've got this problem long time ago, but I don't know what I've done to solve it. Try to change the browser, verify again your DEP's status, it's not hard

i already desabled it, and when the dep is on... appear error javascript, now i can't enter in the map... when i click in start e get dc... :S
