original DO was specifically designed only for hardcore desktops only. Not becoming mobile or anything, this was bp 2.0 idea afterwards. because of the increasing mobile using kunckleheads/knuckle dragging homunculi..

This is why DO graphics(I mean exactly the ships, aliens too) gradually became worse with each update as nearing the instagram age(2016), I never heard of that **** app called tiktok back in 2009 or 2013, never existed. Modern internet look and layout is pure cancer, thanks to "mobile design" they shouldn't enforce this design for desktop users.

I mean the ships used in the newer versions are clear optimized for some sort of low tech computer/aka mobile or something..

Anyway it looks pretty neat for a mobile game. Though, I think old designs could have been used in this one too. But all of the modern players who play today don't remember that 2009 period. Which used to be spectacular.

The limitation of the original game is its engine, not the PC you run it on pretty much. I could not get more than 30 fps since 2016 on i7 released in 2016 and xx60 nvidia graphics from that year.
