ryzen 7 1700 with gtx 970 still fps problem still bad optimized of this game i feel the the same that stuttering (some fps drops when there are a lot of people or a lot of npcs) but the clock of my cpus or my gpu are not running high i can play all games at good fps without drops but i still have problems with this ****** game

Probably because it doesn't have a client and has nothing to do with your pc, but the game lags itself
