Where can i start to learn how to make a bot?

Hello everyone, i would really like to learn how to make a Darkorbit bot like Toshinou for exemple.

The only problem is that i litterally dont know where to start and what i need to learn...

I have the time to learn, but i'm just lost.

So if anyone could help me, i would really appreciate, thanks.

toshinou is based on javascript.
but id rather suggest you to learn c#. i love this langauge. its not really hard to learn, and "easy" to understand.



you will get lost if you try big projects like bots etc. you have to start small. like a calculator. password mananger n stuff like that.

if you are kinda into it. you could start some webrequest stuff. like a galaxy gate clicker or so.

I'd also go with C# but since there isn't any open source bot in C#, then JS is the only choice you've got to make a recent bot.

You can learn much stuff fromToshinou, not all, but a lot.

I want to start small projects like a program that logs into DarkOrbit and it answers with "Logged in" or "Wrong". I'll use C#
Appart of the knowledge of proggraming, what more should I learn and where I can find sites to learn about it?

For those things I recommend you to just abuse google, it will be your best friend.

For example: To login into DarkOrbit you've different methods,

• using a web browser and auto-filling the username/password input boxes (not efficient)
• use HTTP requests (best possible idea)

Lets assume you decide to use http requests, good decision. First would be great to know what `http` is, remember google is your friend. Once you understand the basics of it you can google again something like `C# http request` by doing that you can get interesting info about it, like this:

Thanks for the info, I think there's a long way to learn about to do something like a "bot" (and we'll see when they release the executable of the game)
