You can build it for like 1m uri but you have to collect green booty boxes to get parts,apis or zeus.The more parts u have the cheaper it gets and if you obtain all the 45 i think parts you can build it for free.Theres no bonus,its just 2 extra drones.

As kajsmetke said.
I mean the reason for the cost of apis is that you have to earn it by playing/botting. That was BP intention.
Because before it was easier to obtain full elite.
