You can use the codes from each pack just one time. In your case you already used a code from the low pack which got you some generators, a vengeance (or 10k uri if you have that ship) and 1 week premium.
You can either give that code to another player or you use it on another account of yours.

Stop complaining. It works but as pointed out earlier you can use the codes from each pack just one time. The bug does not work out anymore.
