Editing Darkorbit For Better 1vs1 ?

i just started toa new online remix project How good it would be to edit darkorbit gameplay and make the game more kind of skill based game like LOL ?(idk too much but i know items don't effect your game that much ) every ship has his own skill and you have to use your mouse more since you can use emp more often . You have to press more key since no auto CPU ? Any ideas to make the game better ? i'll make a game that you can host a server with one clik and play with your friends
