Yes, Capital pops up always at the same coordinates on the map, you need to wait 15.min-20min. (its' not always at the same time, but at the same coordinates) at afternoon. The other one comes at the late evening at the same coordinates like Capital. I catched them often, it really gives much Uri, XP and Honour. I can give you the map, the time and the coordinates but it depends what server you0re playing

No, they will only change Java/Flash. They will have own thing to run the game (probably all actual bots will not work then on it), its for the safety of the game. I think these guys from Youzu make the homework since they take over Bigpoint since 2016.

Nope. Since the latest darkorbit patch it is way easier to get full prometheus since impulse npcs spawn everytime, it will take like a week if you just bot.
