Login error 13 meaning? Someone help!

Okay, so i was playing on ge1, and then my laptop run out of charge (great right?) so i plug it back in, and then i try to login to my account i was just playing on, and i get login error99, so i try to login a few more times and it changes to login error 13? Can someone tell me what this means as support have not replied to me yet, and i would hate to be permanently banned!

My friend had this error 13 and it was ban for him cause of multi-sharing his account, he wrote to support and apologized for that and they gave him account back.

Pushing = 14 days ban, at least that was when I got that.

PS: I had loginerror 98 when I had pushing ban so it shouldnt be ban for pushing.
