Well, I wouldn't say still, because it's been recently added. I'd rather be quite impressed if someone updated a bot that quickly.

The only way to actually get this resources is to do the quests , the only problem is that no one actually know if this quests will give enough resources for a pusat/surgeon by the end of the event.... Also they are quite long ... 30 minutes for a group of 8 UFE ships? how are nubs supposed to do them? grind 6 hours / day =))?

From what i tested my self , epvp does not rly provide good npc bots :-s , asking for one who already have the "resource upgrade" is just too much :P . You can try to use one of the bots that have a npc function with a resource collector on pet (haven't tried it myself idk if pet can collect them at all)
