Please use the above link. If you are looking for a free, fully working emu and so on. It's not going to happen. If you are planning to create a PServer, I highly suggest you use the ones already providing and learn around creating from it, otherwise, issues upon issues will arise and no one will know how to fix it (regarding the team).
Along with that, all of us as a community is more than welcome to help, but to be blunt. Everyone does have a tolerance, show a willing to learn and help others as well. And I'm sure people can help if you want to create a server.
I myself did mess around with the old server files, but it was mainly for my own personal use.
tl;dr Please use the files provided. They are the ones released publicly. If you are looking to create a PServer, I highly suggest you learn.
