True but they looked like DarkOrbit and had alot of files from darkorbit :P
this one perhaps doesnt have that.. (Though im sure it has) :P

This is not darkorbit guys , it's a Darkrobit like game , everything is made by the owner of it

there is no way that BP can shut this down . it's just another game


he didn't stole anything from BP so he does own the full rights on his game

Why BP would shut down our game? This is a game totaly made from scratch, and only because is a "top down space game" as darkorbit, nova raider or black galaxy doesn't mean that is a copy... But you will have the possibility to see it yourself, because the next week there will be a playable alpha version

Damn! this is not a private server! Why lose time for make a stupid private server when you can make a new whole game, with your rules and without any problem against big companies? Well you're right, we don't know if will have success or not, but we belive in this project!

People donating 5´000 EUR for a game that might be shutted down by BP, however by the looks of the pictures, it isnt a copy of DarkOrbit.
If he change NPC names, map names etc the Copyright law can´t be used since its another game which just looks like DarkOrbit (play wise)

The storyline is totaly different, also there are 2 factions only, and much more!

Just search on google how many euros does a game programmer get per month.. and you will understand that 5000 euros are nothing for that game

its not a clone. Read the comments, it is a total seperate game, not related to Darkorbit.

Is that so hard to understand ? there is nothing from darkorbit there

It's a Darkorbit like game but there is NOTHING taken from it

The devs made it all from scratch even if it looks like DarkOrbit there is no way that BP can do somthing about it
