PGM is working on Chat. GG is working if PGM u. p.e fixing delta.

the question mark is probably upcomming feature ? researches is probably not finnished.. atleast it seems like it..
and lvl are probalby just for rank points sice its your level*1k
also from lvl 2 NPCs are mad at you
still no answer about jackopt ^^
does those +x%uri even work ? cant see difference

I cant change my username because "Username is too long (20 chars max)." when i have 20 chars or 18 chars, fix this fast please

Increased to 22 chars max 
Also, I fixed a bug with the ranking's page system, it was buggy :/ now it should display 100 rows per page
