i got error 99 when i had changed my name and i send email to support. they told me that i got banned because of the name and that i have to tell them 3 diffrent names to change it and it will be unbanned in 3 days.

I think Error99 is a bann which is temporary, but if you don´t contact support or change name, it will change into a perma ban.

perma ban is not always 13 either.I was banned and i got LoginError=13 and it was a two day ban.
