He basically said that it's the same as the seprom and tech bugs. You have to set up two screens at one time. One with your skylab the other with your Pilot sheet page. Then you must reset your pilot sheet.
1. You must have full cargo in your ship when you reset the pilot bio then you must close the the in-game page.
2. Go into your skylab and send 1 seprom to your ship.
3. As you are sending the seprom to your ship quickly click on the pilot point you want to set.
4. Keep repeating the rest of the stops till you have set all your pilot bio
