New DO Server

wenn does DO bring new server like DE8 out, does someone know that

I think they won't. It does not happen, that DE1-7 are overloaded with people
DE5 is dead and DE7 is the most played one (I heard that somewhere).
DE8 is not going to exist until there is a reason to.

And why'd they? Because the other servers are so overfilled? No way.

The servers aren't even that full, so there's no reason for them to create new ones

Easy answer: No creation of new servers.

Maybe they will create a new server for Asian region.
