For those who have issues: You can still use the v3 as a workaround from . It has the same functionality. (Except for the no GUI / low resource usage mode)

Something disturbs the Golem. Maybe an Antivirus or a Debugger or insufficient permissions. Try to run the bot as Admin and temporarily disable your Antivirus software.

If you got Windows 10, go to Windows Defender > Virus & Threat Protection > Virus & Threat Protection Settings > Add or Remove Exclusions > Add Golem Folder and it should work
