No, but you can autlock your aliens by using the war tab and pressing F2

Yeah it would be higher, but if he gets banned he didn't spent that much money or if he doesn't like to bot anymore ! And if not, than the lifetime license would be the best choice...

it has no sense cause all can know from user's feedbacks that noone get banned using it
