Hi I Have problem I was buying darkorbit account on allegro month age. From two days I gets kick from game externalHome&loginError=99. I am using Palla by Pallavia(PixelBot). Connection with my Account With BigPoint has been solved.
Account is linked from today with my facebook.Yesterday i change my password.Today when i back to home(I turned on the bot pall) i wanted to go shop and i get kick externalHome&loginError=99 This means that someone will have to login to my acc. How could someone comes into my account?

This means to you provided wrong credentials / login data. I would personally advice you to check if your account is on your e-mail address still and if it isn't get your UserID and report that to Bigpoint Support.

Yes account all time is on my e-mail(gmail) i don't understand ? "it isn't get your UserID and report that to Bigpoint Support". What can I do? Yes i have access to account but sometimes for 2 days darkorbit kick me from game(only menu game NO SCREEN WITH SHIP)

Probably because they were watching you and they caught you botting but you have lucky admins. However Error=99 in most of the cases means to you are either kicked out of the game either someone logged in your account.

when you log back into the game screen is your ship moved? If its in the same place you are probably just getting kicked from the game. If its not someone else is flying around on it. I personally would take it off facebook. That doesn't secure anything, if anything you have a higher chance of losing it.

No i all time play darkorbit i go to shop and i get kick for menu darkorbit, screen with ship is always on kick is only menu.

Admins can check my acc ? And i will kick for menu darkorbit screen ship is always on.

Admin can do all bro xD I was Darkplanets' mod and i were able to add/remove thing, close and bann an account, change email or simply remove the acc xD

all you have to do is contact with support they will tell you what to do!

You used your acc in other computer and that happens?

Some times happens to me! But is just cookies .. Or someone has linked your acc to bigpoint portal. Just send a msj to support and tell them you want unlink your acc from that portal ... But if the acc was created in bigpoint portal you will not be able to do anything against that.

Someone is into your acc!

the admins cant ban anyaccount just because they think you use bots ... The system must make sure you are a bot use ..
Anyway you can: delete your history cookies cache blah blah .. And unlink you acc from FB .. And see if that not happens again.
