That is what I mean..
That for old account was change your country fixed long time ago. So for old account it is not working.

one for 2.69usd bug is fixed so yeah gl with that.
As For Now Cheepest is venezuela(not sure for how long if its will get spammed over epvp) 2nd cheepest is hungary if im right.
