You're right. Hungary was the cheapest before, but I think they changed it some time ago. Not sure, though.

btw guys 4mil enough for 43pp = max pvp and max npc dmg.

Srly It dont work anymore they made now that u can buy it only once and its link is valid for about 5-10min after that it dont work so Stuff like -80% on 30k uri and Veng kit only works once.
For Old Accounts There is No way to make cheep as Support Now Ignores to change Countrys.
As for funny fact all this got fixed in week or so just after it was mentioned here

so, just to clarify:
Do you have to create a new account on the Venezuela server, or a new account with a venezuelian ip address? because I just created an account and could not find a way to change the country in the buying page.
I haven't been on DO since The Great Ban Wave, and kinda interested if there is a way I can do it cheap.

You need to be in Venezuela. I tried with IP from there but didn't work.

Today I bought 1 mill uri for 299 PLN, which is about $94 on a Polish account.
On an account in the US, 1 mill uri costs $100, so I'd like to find out what country has the lowest uridium prices.
