Position: Staff Admin

Spots Available: 1
Position Overview: The Administrator is responsible for maintaining day to day, administrative and personnel services in order to meet the basic expectations of the team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Management of the Staff Team
2. Monitors office operations.
3. Provide the support necessary to your assigned departments.
4. Completing advanced work (Identity Checks, Account Recovery, etc...)
5. Assigns jobs and duties to office staff as needed.

Reports to: Manager & Owner

Qualifications:

• If you are on the team already, please have following ranks or higher:

• Admin
• Lead Moderator
• Senior Moderator
• Concept team member

• Complexity/Problem solving

• Ability to resolve routine problems independently, consult with your superior to develop plans for unusual or complex problems.
• Adaptable to changing circumstances

• Decision Making

• Confidence to make decisions independently and to judge when management collaboration/action is required.
• Common sense, flexibility and teamwork with the ability to exercise good judgment

• Communication/Interpersonal Skills

• Must be comfortable with using the English language
• Strong communications skills, both verbally and written
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people, including staff meetings, staff, and the players

• Knowledge/Skills

• Exceptional, proven organizational, time management and administrative skills
• Strong business writing skills
• Comfortable usage of Lost Galaxy's system.
• Demonstrated success planning and organising meetings

Miscellaneous Notes: If approved, you will be granted the position of Administrative Assistant (Trial Admin) for a trial period of up to 2 weeks. During this time, you will be introduced gradually to the full list of responsibilities of an Admin.

• What would you most like to learn here that would help you in the future?
• What concerns do you have about our management?

• What were you doing the last time you looked at a clock and realized you had lost all track of time?
• What is the difference between hard work and smart work?
• How do you alleviate stress?

2. Interview
3. Await results from the application Evaluate.

HSA Evaluation Process

You will be considered for the position you applied for in these categories:

1. Application (25%)
2. Performance Check (50%)
3. Interview (25%)

Any application posted in this thread, will automatically deny you from any staff positions in the next 60 days.

Auction is one of pictures of the first post.

We are currently discussing about the galaxy gate generator.
If we should use the original flash version OR make our own in html5/jquery etc..

We are working on a functional skylab to.

About the clan system it is 90% complete, i just have to make the html of it, the functions are done.

You can now apply as Staff Admin, or you can wait until they search something like a CM.

Just give it time. I don't think there will be a BETA, I believe he goes straight into official when released. Just give the server time, it's worth the wait. I'm sure it's coming out soon.

Sorry, but you have to wait, like everyone else (expect the admin).
This game is in the early Alpha (Correct me If I'm wrong), which means that we can't play on the Server.

If you would read the post carefully you would know that they want to start the Beta ASAP, ASAP means that they don't have an exact date.
