I'm working on a standalone executable for darkorbit. At the moment is pretty simple, but it does the work. If anyone is interested here are the sources:

I already did. Also, it's not fully node.js. It's an electron wrapper that starts a litle PHP web server, so it's more PHP than node because Node is hippie and executes your code whenever it wants.
