Because if you download it, you have to follow the same steps which will get you the code

I had to download it because the submit button didn't work. I had to login through the program itself and filled in my info again, then it worked. Maybe that's why, right?

The submit button dosent work when the email/password is wrong

its not a program or anything. You make a account on razer and you pm him your razer acc so he can get the code for you. Ty francomo

On the website you don't get to choose a Razer ID, but on Android Comms app you do, and if you don't have a razer ID you wont get any code.
