1.2.7 Users are authorized to create multiple accounts on the Portal. Several Games, however, prohibit the use of more than one Account by one and the same User (“prohibition of multi-accounts”). Detailed information is provided in the rules of the respective Game(s). Bigpoint strongly recommends that all Users with multiple Accounts carefully read the respective rules of the Game(s), because the use of multi-accounts in certain Games can lead to an immediate ban of the User.
Furthermore, even in Games permitting Users to have multiple accounts, communication, or any kind of interaction whatsoever, between accounts of the same User is prohibited (ban on 'pushing'). In particular, an Account may not be used to create advantages for another Account from the same User, for example, to transfer items or game currency from one Account to another Account of the same User, or to allow one Account to fight against another Account of the same User.
From reading upon this, I believe it is possible that you could get a ban.
As if they do check your accounts and believe that you are using more than one account (along with using the referral service as an advantage) it might lead to them banning you, however I cannot say you won't or will get banned. It's just a possibility.
Sometimes it may take some time for it to activate.
At the moment, all I can suggest is to wait for a while because there might be a delay.

The invitations you sent are these of friends or relatives that do not live in the household or share the same email or Ip address?
Please understand that if you have created multiple accounts to cheat your way through the invitation, all bonuses will be considered as pushing. We will also punish in the exact same way that we do with ship pushing. However, we will also remove all incentives, and the ship design from your account. We will then leave the rewards completed so that you can no longer get the incentives.
This also includes using the same email address or Ip Address.
If none of the above applies to you please write back giving us the email addresses of the friends who's invites are being delayed.
