i allready have 79 part of hades i spent 200 energy but i just gate 2 part of hades is it normal ?

It's only about your luck(I mean it's normal to get just 2 parts with 200 energy). But it's not normal to have 79 hades parts.

Hello DarkOrbit players ! I play this game for few weeks so i'm not that good player and i hate when some pro and better player then me kill me, in special when is from my company. My question is: which server is unpopulated or lower player ? thank you

I think on those USA east servers etc. are less players...
