Don't Panic, If you have skype running, go into the settings and under network set it to not use port 80, restart skype and there if you use skype with this.
If not then:
Extract XAMPP to C:\ (Hard Drive) and then start XAMPP with the Xampp-Control.exe and then there

Uncheck this box in skype:
And shutdown Pando Media Booster in the taskmanager.
The process is PMB.exe
