6h - 12h.. Is enough, of course if you bot longer, it will be more risky..
And of course it's up to you, how long you bot/want to bot.
In my opinion maybe something like 8 hours a day is good. (Just my opinion)

nobody can post it since its not possible to update the bot. All the time "something went wrong.. try unistalling" And the site is also not working so i guess the bot is just down for some time..
