Im needing a little help!

I would like to be dishing out decent damage but also have decent Protection, I have 20 PP and im needing your help! any posts i find useful i will thank,
if possible would you be able to put down the route to take and the perks it will give me

Try to get 4 more PP and skill one in Rocket Kalibrator and 3 other in Bounty Hunter.

Go for the fat lasers, but you'll need 4 more PPs.

Couldnt i just use 1 more? i know theres a way to do it with 21 PP

Looks good ill check what the stats bonuses are then decide if i want to use it from there

Better make them on 24 PPs, because if you make them on 21 you won't have enough shield.

Should i get fats first and then do shield? or shield then fats?
