try to execute as administrator, btw are u sure that u have still trapdoor.bin in the folder?

I think you just have to update the trame.bin and trapdoor.dll and it will work again.

No, that won't work. There have been some internal changes.
The Java version is obsolete. (Someone could update the java sources and it would work again, theoretically)
Use the new one from the first post.
