Aegis elite or Spectrum

Hi guys can you tell me what is better for fights aegis with design elite or goliath with spectrum I don't know is the pleace of that thread is here but please help me with that choice

Aegis elite.. for spectrum abillietie you need to wait 15 min

For npc and fight (must double boost ability for fight for better one) : Aegis
For fight vs 2 and more high players : Spectrum
