He want's to transfer a email for you , without the other person need to confirm it only you.
He's selling a service for mail change without a confirming mail on original address needed, ( most likely stolen accounts only need this but still) he's not doing anything against the rules , though his English is bad -_-

guys pls, the bug is still not fixed. some1 stole me my citadel account with that and i cant do anything :/( cause i dont know my id, so bp dont do anything, the support wont do something). so i believe this guy with the email bug , but i hate such guys!

I know some of you having problem connecting to the game. I had that problem as well but i tried this method to change my IP address and it works.
Just change the extension to .bat (sample IpChanger.bat) after that run it. then turn off your router or modem for 5 mins.
