why chain impulse effect doesn't work in my p-server
I've checked Game.xml but does not work

You need it in the emulator...And it has to send it to the client

I know the emulator package
but the effect does not seem

Hab gerade Xammp installiert da ich nen neuen Pc habe aber Appache will net starten .... Da der Port 80 von "System" belegt ist habe auch schon in google nach Lösungen gesucht hatt aber nichts geklappt

Skype ist es auch net habe es schon probiert und LoL spiele ich zurzeit net mehr^^(nicht installiert)

Schließ im Taskmanager mal alles was nicht vom System ist und was du gerade nicht benutzt.
Bzw. schau in der error log Datei von Apache.

spectrum and chain impulse effects does not seem to on my server (Not missing any)
What could be the reason for this? :SSS

If you do not send us the packet that you send to the player, we can't do anything for you!
If the effect doesn't work, it means you are sending a wrong packet.

I know almost all of the server package
chain impulse : "0|TX|A|0|ECI|" + this.userId"
spectrum : "0|SD|A|R|3|" + this.userId"
already solace, diminisher, Sentinel and Venom Working but spectrum and c.imp effect dont work :SS
