Change ports or probably you alredy use the ports I've you launched emu before. It happened to my old pc and I just change of ports and at the new one I restart my pc and worked.
How to put drone desings in 9.0 files?

This client released for 1 time on test server and after that we never saw.

I don't think that will be necessary. If anyone buys it they are ....Well you know....Anyways i advise no one to buy those files considering it wasn't meant to be publicly released. Plus you will have epvp flooded with "help server jaja" again. The code is really bad, much improved now.
