Inside of it you can find the different positions of the lasers and engines. I don't know exactly how to positionate them correctly, so keep trying or take a look into the game.xml of another server with that model of vengeance.

Take a look how are coded the other commands like "/users /kick /ban" and with the same structure you can add new ones.
But adding that spaceball command won't be easy because you need to interact with the game emulator.. You've 2 options, or coding your own chat server into the game emulator or connecting both through a socket for example.

Nobody will help you for putting a noobish server online that you won't be able to code new features. It would be another useless server (Pay 2 Win / Aids). However there are plenty of tutorials of how to get a server online on hamachi or so. Unless you learn how to code you won't be able to get a professional server on.
