And outhere are institutions where we can get free assistance in this matter, and they, with specialised people are able to tell us if we have a case or not!

but my question also kinda random though i think maybe i found a gap in there rules, if you buy premium 1 month for say, they ban you 3 days they owe you 72 hours premium?
well if this would be the case they aren't gonna give it back when you write them... so then you have a case.. because i believe no rules are made for premium time with ban , so you buy 30 days should get 30 days accessible premium for what i read in the rules and those 3 days warn't accessible so only 27 days...
