EMP's Added into Azure :D
This is the modified version of the Azure DO Server, including EMP's.
v1.0:  v1.1:
v1.2: #DB Support v1.3: #Ammo added
Let me know if it works, I can't test it!

I've uploaded a new fix for a bug, (it would occur rarely, if your server is under pressure).

when a lot of player conect to my server that bug appears with the bug fix file :/
