Hi, so if i got first stage ban...the one with 72 hours
if i win the jackpot first place and have 10 000 jackpot i receive the prize?

No, when you recieved stage1 ban, you can never win the jackpot again.
Correct me if im wrong?

that's too bad....now i must invest like 3000 euros to win again....
but tell me something if i'm from romania and i make an accout let's say...not from europe and i win the jackpot then i receive the prize?like brasil?

I've heard the same thing, at least with the new ban stages.
However, the old ban stages from last year, if you have one of those I know you can still win the jackpot

As long as the JPA is legal in the country you live in, you can win and collect the prize from any server you play on.

No you can't. Also if you got the 72 hour ban you can't win Scoremaggedon or HITAC lottery as in you wont receive any reward, or receive any rewards for your company winning spaceball or invasion gate etc..
