I have read through your feedback and I agree that something must be done about Rank. I know that Rank is a controversial topic for many, since many of you have worked very hard to achieve your rank. But some didn’t work quite so hard.



Streuner and Lordakia will no longer give any rank points. This change is retroactive, which means that you won’t get any rank from all those Streuner and Lordakia you may have killed. This will have the biggest effect on botters, since X-2 was their favored map.



I know that this doesn’t completely fix the rank, since many botters didn’t only bot in X-2 maps, but this is currently the best we can do. Also because of the distrubition of EP and Honor when in a group, we cannot also remove the EP and Honor points gained from Streuner and Lordakia kills. I wish we could, but this is too complex.

Wir haben uns euer Feedback durchgelesen und denken ebenfalls, dass bezüglich des Rankings etwas unternommen werden muss. Wir sind uns bewusst, dass das Ranking ein kontroverses Thema ist, da viele von euch sehr hart an ihrem Rang gearbeitet haben. Andere hingegen haben nicht ganz so hart dafür gearbeitet.

Streuner und Lordakia werden keine Rankingpunkte mehr geben. Diese Änderung gilt rückwirkend, was bedeutet, dass ihr dann auch für die bisher getöteten Streuner und Lordakia keine Rangpunkte angerechnet bekommt. Die Botter wird dies am meisten treffen, da die X-2 Karten von ihnen favorisiert wurden.

Wir wissen, dass dies das Ranking nicht komplett bereinigen kann, weil Botter nicht nur auf den X-2 Karten gebottet haben, aber es ist derzeit das Beste was wir tun können. Aufgrund der Erfahrungs- und Ehrenpunkte-Verteilung in Gruppen können wir die durch Streuner und Lordakia erhaltenen Erfahrungs- und Ehrenpunkte nicht abziehen. Wir wünschten es wäre möglich, aber leider ist dies zu kompliziert.

Stupid idea. I know lots of ppl who never used bo but were killing npcs on x2 for rank points only.

In my opinion BP made a mistake again. They shouldn't remove those rank points BUT they should stop adding them since today. But if they deleted all points = BIG FAIL!
