If you can't run Apache you must close skype or change the settings of skype and restart w/x ampp

Open cmd and execute netstat -a to show all ports running on your computer.

Is easy, close all and try now or restart pc and try now

Simple Tutorial :
Start -» Search cmd.exe -» netstat -a -» Search for the ports and which program is blocking it.
Close the program with your Task Manager -» Process

(Make a double click at your task manager to show the process button)

double click on the border of your taskmanager and it wil be fine
