No you will not have them in same time in both hangar, you can equip one hangar slot and if your want to transfer equipment in another one, you have to deequip first one...

hanger equipment changer 07/30/2012 - DarkOrbit - 2 Replies i downloaded a program from zhyk called 'Menyalka Konf' HERE is the link. the program is not in english and therefore i dont know anything it is saying. but i kow i cannot log in. i get a message down at the bottom of the program but i dont know what it says. will someone see if they can get this to work. it is a equipment changer. i have 5 hangers and need this program or something like it. thanks

I found out where some files are from hangar.
I don't know if it will help but if i enter the folder names it says "not found" ... but i think they are existing.
