He is 100% correct if u live in usa when big point entered their servers in usa they accepted on this if the user buyed premium or anr package that give u advantage for game like box doubler if they banned his account permanently either they giver every cent spent on this packages it they banned his account permanently or if account is banned for 30 days and the packages time ended they give him like refine of 4 to 6 years thats why people some times have prma box doubler if u read in TC in safe harbour policy u will find that

They will give back to you only the money for the unused premium starting from the first month after the month you got banned (i.e.: you got banned today 18.06.2013 and have premium until 31.10.2013, you'll get back the money for 7-10.2013). But i think that in exceptional cases they might not reimburse you at all (if it goes to trial and they win it i'm sure you'll have to pay even more).

Anyway i'll stop here, since we go to uncharted territories .
