I got an idea on how to make the bots more real.
make diferent configs for each rank, and each rank can use diferent ammo. Let me explain myself:
space pilot = use only lf3 and x2, cant use ish or emp and they are slow and have low shield
captain= use lf3 and can use x4, cant use ish or emp and thir speed and shield are normal
major= have mix of lf3 and lf4 can use x4 plus rsb, cant use ish or emp, their speed and shields are normal
basic colonel= full lf4 use x4 and rsb, can use ish but cant use emp, speed and shield normal
colonel= full lf4 use x4 and rsb, can use ish but cant use emp, speed normal and got more shield than normal (i mean like 4 bo2 in drones)
basic general= full lf4 use x4 and rsb, can use ish and emp, speed normal and got more shield than normal
general= full lf4 use x4 and rsb, can use ish and emp, speed normal and got more shield than normal and always have noobs ships around
sorry for my bad english
but if the ships vary its difficulty based on their rank would look more real
i got a notpad full of configs for each rank and each model of ship if u will like to read it or talk about this idea for the upcoming versions.
and i think if the bots make some distance when we figthing it would be great.

very good choice
make drone designs only be for a single drone, means you can buy a design for a single drone and so to buy several

no, its better if make gates ( zeta , epsilon ) and the rewards is havoc and hercules and the bonus cames when all drones are have the desing

yeah and lf4 laser in pirat boxes with ammo and 5% chance to get a lf4 for more real with buying is to easy

can you add the new menu desing of darkorbit? and colection so:
1: x1
2 :x2
3:x3
4:x4
5: sab
6:rsb
7: war rep
8: shild back up
9: emp
F2: ISH
Strg: Smard Bomb
Numpad 1-3 the random formation
Numpad 4 : Barrier ( 5% more npc dmg )
Numpad 5 : Diamond ( 5% Shild Regenation -20% hp )
Numpad 6 : krabby formation ( 20% more shild absorb, 50% slow )
add: -config ( delete generator and Shilds and add a generator slot for shilds and speedgenerator togehter )

Pry, as you know, the game is being maked in Game Maker (duh) and, it's quite hard to edit a code, we can't just ask him to add alot of stuff, it would take months to be done. Do get that things he would need the image of the new bar, the image for the formations and all that stuff as sprites, and then make them interact as we touch something. It's just too hard. Asking him a fully working skylab (for example) would take months or years if possible. So you should stop asking so many things, as you know. Or you can do it yourself and give him the .res file.

Not all games are made in game maker and where have you heard that Rider has made the game in Game Maker. Not all games have to be made in Game Maker. I also agree with you because we cant expect all of the things we ask him because as people know coding is hard and if the game gets too close to darkorbit then Bigpoint have the rights to shut the game down and then none of us could play on it anymore!

Well, in some moment rider said "sprite limit" and that's on GM. So it is being made in Game Maker. Next, the game may shut down, but there are alot of people that still have it, and they can't just force us to shut it down. If the game gets too close (nice thinked) it will have to stop updating atm.

It has been said before so please can you not spam the question and the answer is in this thread you just need to look and it is that Rider doesn't yet know how he can add the 2nd config! Also i believe that it may be a while by the time there will be a 2nd config!
