There's no problem with the saving system. Make sure you run the game as administrator, and have actually unpacked the files.
Regarding the lost ship;
You have to buy insurance (extras -> logfiles) to not-lose the ship.

Can you make Rsb-75 animation to be like in the video in 1:15 an the bar for ammo to have six's bar for the rsb an the cooldown to be 3 s. or 5 maximum s. !
O an can you guys add the american design and clean the lag when you're near to jump portal
