today i got the Base in 3-4 and i even can sell the resources.

i got base in zeta gate ll and also my shields go down and come again wn aliens attack..and barracuda cant attack me for a while

I had that visual bug too, I was able to sell resources like you, I was able to change LF3, speedmotors and etc. This visual bug is pretty awesome, you can do everything like in real base.

For the bug:

Go to base and change visual configuration, change map and the base would be in all maps
