This bot crashes when i'm trying to start it.

Once you are trying to register a Premium version on a computer which has not a permissions to use it, then the “System” blocks this computer and he can’t use my programs anymore (Free and Premium)! The only way to clean your reputation is to pay for a Premium and email me to unblock this computer!

as it was i didnt reinstall windows just updated some components in the pc ,used the same windows and just had to install some sounds drivers and motherboard drivers,,, got sick of tell him this every 2 days , but suddenly i have to pay again , as i have just wrote on the reply to him i will not be buying it again as if every time i want to update my pc i have to re buy a premium then how can he say premium is for lifetime ..............

run it in admin mode.
right click on palavia and select " run like an admin"

avast enabled, windows firewall turned off, antyspyware uninstalled, palavia file & folder added to exclusion, i ran the program as administrator but it keep saying "program has been blabla by your antivirus, spyware, proxy etc"

I'll be mad

any tip?

That's the problem, you got avast, lol. Avg ftw

Today palavia pay with paypal but I did from another email that I have not assigned when downloading palavia this causes a problem,,, if need send my ticket purchase is worth dude ......

Try running palavia with avast disabled.
