how do you get support to tell you why your banned? lol........


i sent in 5 tickets and they will not tell me. all i did was kill a war clan, lost exp, got mad in chat, and now ive been banned for 2 months. mods ignore my tickets and when they do reply they do not tell me what the ban is for.

pretty stupid if they cant even do their job but what should i expect from low life scum DO workers. they all probably nerd with big *** bifocal glasses and no friends and all virgins anyways

Now the last message that I have of them they say to me that everything has been a mistake and that already I have my available account again, but when I try to enter it gives me the same mistake. I have sent another message and they say to me that they spend the problem to the responsible person but nobody me solves it and of this already two days ago. They said to me that the sanction was 30 days. Only I can only wait to that soluccionen but it gives me the sensation that this one goes for length. That disaster this of bigpoint. regards
