Hello Dr.Toni,
as i tried myself to make a "human like" as possible chat bot, you will fast reach the border of possibility by using lists like you do it currently.
I actually can recommend to take a deep look into the "A.L.I.C.E." chat bot project by pandorabots.
There are tutorials and even some simple libaries around the internet (
for example) regarding creating a chatbot by using AIML.
Have a nice read.

Good job but I think you could make it more intelligent and also if you add an option to ask the answer with the microphone and the program will answer with voice it will be amazing
PD: I always try to give an update of our job with elixir bot
-now we know how to decrypt the new .swf
-with that now we can start working on get their changes to the encyption
