BP will sue him under what personal info?!
Does BP know who he is AFK(real life)?
how would they sue him? And that would take so much time!

everyone can be found with there ' ip adress ' even if you use proxy you can be found !

Just saying look at The Pirate Bay how do they get away with it lol they don't but they keep fighting and win every time Movie makers and software developers lose Millions of dollars every month Because of them You know how they are still running strong Because they are not selling Pirated software To make money. Instead They make there money by having a Donate Button Maybe You will be OK JD if you don't sell Uridium Just use the wonderful Donate button.

No, he cant run his server also without uri selling.
Why?
Because BP has got COPYRIGHTS to all server files/images which he is going to use.

Hey JD a long time ago i have heard that bp cares what are private servers about and as i remember it that was typed "bp cares about private servers , if players want to make private server it should be to earn money with it not just a kid who wants to have evrything in the game for free".

Btw:I will contact bigpoint and ask them about private servers.
